HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court magistrate on misdemeanor charges:

– Lisa Dawn Smith, 53, of 7747 E. Scout Rd., Walkerville; Feb. 20; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating with a high BAC and possession of marijuana. Pretrial: March 15 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

– Griselda Rosario Garza, 22, of 143 N. Michigan Ave., Apt. D, Shelby; Feb. 14; Michigan State Police (MSP); driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: March 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Justin Daniel Wilson, 32, of 6507 Hancock Rd., Montague; Feb. 21; MSP; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: March 15 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– John Samuel MacKenzie, 53, of 1952 E. River Rd., N. Muskegon; OCSO; assault and battery. Pretrial: March 15 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Caleb L-Wayne Smith, 37, of 5895 W. 5th St., Mears; Feb. 21; Hart Police Department (HPD); assault and battery. Pretrial: March 15 at 4 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Dustin Alan Lydens, 29, of 3615 N. 64th Ave., Hart; Feb. 13; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: March 15 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Patricia Sue Lindsey, 25, of 7204 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia; Feb. 19; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); transporting open intoxicants. Pretrial: March 15 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Tenna Marie Bromley, 27, of 5968 3rd St., Ludington; Feb. 15; OCSO; driving while license not valid. Pretrial: March 15 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
