Muskegon man faces jail term for meth delivery.

HART — A 36-year-old Muskegon man who pleaded “no contest” to a felony of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine in 27th Circuit Court Tuesday, Feb. 23, faces up to one year in jail.

Danelle DeMarcus Lawrence, of 3316 6th St., will not be sent to prison for his conviction, which carries a maximum 20-year sentence. In exchange for Lawrence’s plea, he will receive a jail term.

Lawrence, who was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT), was remanded to the Oceana County Jail to await his May 9 sentencing.
