HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court magistrate:

– Jonathan Henry Schwab, 18, of 86 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was arrested Jan. 22 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) – victim 13-15 years of age. Preliminary exam: Feb. 22 at 3 p.m. Bond: $15,000/cash/surety.

Main St., Hart, was arrested Jan. 15 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a felony of illegal sale/use of a financial transaction device. Preliminary conference: Feb. 22 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.

Misdemeanors

– River Lee Brown, 19, of 4654 N. 180th Ave., Walkerville; OCSO; possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Feb. 16 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Herald Raymond Rood, 47, of 87 Ferry St., Shelby; Jan. 17; Michigan State Police (MSP); domestic violence. Pretrial: March 1 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Clint Eli Ebenstein, 32, of 93 S. Elm St., Hesperia; Feb. 9; Hesperia Police Department; domestic violence. Pretrial: March 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Jodi Lyn Heck, 26, of 5582 Oceana Dr., New Era; Feb. 10; MSP; operating without insurance. Pretrial: March 1 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Coni Jo Helmer-Pena, 45, of 2876 N. 124th Ave., Hart; Feb. 9; HPD; failure to stop at a property damage accident. Pretrial: March 1 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Chad Austin Ricks, 33, of 48711 Sully Dr., Belleville, Michigan; Department of Natural Resources (DNR); driving an ORV while license suspended. Pretrial: March 1 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.
