HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:

Felony

– Timothy Edward Kevwitch, 48, of 6991 S. 88th Ave., Rothbury, was arrested Jan. 27 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of fraudulent use of a public utility over $500. Preliminary conference: Feb. 16 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. In a separate file, he was cited Jan. 27 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Feb. 24 at 10 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Misdemeanors

– James Michael Tufts, 25, of 2627 W. Woodrow Rd., Shelby; Jan. 15; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating a vehicle without insurance. Pretrial: Feb. 16 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Gabriel Dave Vasquez, 33, of 5 Plum St., Hart; Jan. 23; Hart Police Department (HPD); DWLS. Pretrial: Feb. 24 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Joaquin Gonzalez-Salgado, 30, of 93 Sessions Rd., Shelby; Jan. 17; OCSO; operating a vehicle without insurance. Pretrial: Feb. 24 at 11 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– River Lee Brown, 19, of 4654 N. 180th Ave., Walkerville; Jan. 25; OCSO; possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Feb. 16 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Alexander M/ichael-David Sandel, 23, of 1295 N. Water Rd., Hart; Jan. 9; Shelby Police Department (SPD); second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Feb. 16 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
