Lummen
– Anthony Jerald Lummen, 25, of 7321 White Rd., Apt. 108, Muskegon, was arrested Jan. 10 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of breaking and entering a building with intent and a high-court misdemeanor of lying to a peace officer. Preliminary conference: Feb. 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Main St., Hart, was arrested Dec. 7 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a felony of illegal sale/use of a financial transaction device. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.

– Frederick Joseph Vanderstelt, 59, of 7594 E. Scout Rd., Walkerville; Jan. 14; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); recreational trespassing on farm land. Pretrial: Feb. 9 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
