The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court magistrate:

Felonies

Thomas

– Kenyon Clark Thomas, Jr., 28, of 1133 W. Hazel Rd., Hart, was arrested Jan. 9 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for felonies of second-degree home invasion and unlawful driving away of an automobile (UDAA) and and a high-court misdemeanor of unlawful use of a motor vehicle. Preliminary conference: Jan. 25 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash. He was also arrested by OCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license not valid. Pretrial: Jan. 27 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Steven Geno Rice, 18, of 4820 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia, was arrested

Jan. 12 by OCSO for felonies of first-degree home invasion; felony firearm; and second-offense habitual offender. Preliminary conference: Jan. 25 at 3 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Matthews

– Benjamin Porter Matthews, 35, of 2590 W. Monroe Rd., Hart, was arrested Jan. 9 by OCSO for a felony of common law fraud. Preliminary conference: Jan. 25 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Sidney B. Fuller, 53, of 3761 N. 144th Ave., Hart, was arrested Jan. 1

by OCSO for felonies of felony firearm possession and interfering with electronic communications; a misdemeanor of domestic violence; and third-offense habitual offender. Preliminary conference: Jan. 25 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Luevano

– Barnabe Luevano, 23, of 21 Michigan Ave., Apt. 21, Shelby, was arrested Dec. 31 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Preliminary conference: Jan. 25 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Kristopher Allen Seeyle, 22, of 7986 S. 80th Ave., Rothbury; Jan. 9; MSP; high-court misdemeanor of lying to a peace officer and assault and battery. Preliminary exam: Jan. 25 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Caden Charles Collins, 24, of 7256 Post Rd., Montague; MSP; operating an ORV while intoxicated. Pretrial: Feb. 2 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Matthew Phillip Riggs, 21, of 3685 Peach Ridge Ave., NW, Grand Rapids; MSP; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Feb. 2 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Jayson Wayne West, 35, of 5102 S. 52nd Ave., New Era; Jan. 3; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 2 at 4 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
