The following is recent activity in Oceana County of the Hart post of the Michigan State Police:

Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2016:

– 6:40 p.m., two-car accident with minor injuries, Madison and 160th Ave., Colfax Township.

Thursday, Jan. 8, 2016:

– 7:30 a.m., car/deer crash, Garfield and 176th Ave., Newfield Township.

– 8 a.m., a 40-year-old Hart man was cited for improper plate, Polk Rd. and 72nd Ave., Hart Township.

– 8:30 p.m., one-car accident/slide-off, no injuries, Deer Road near 56th Ave., Golden Township.
