HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Joshua Lamont Moore, 30, of 415 Hart St., Hart, was found guilty Jan. 4 of disorderly person – jostling and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $450 in fines and costs. One count of assault and battery was dismissed.

– Johnny Leslie Linville, 27, of 7468 M 20, Hesperia, was found guilty Jan. 4 of use of marijuana and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; outpatient treatment; and $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of possession of marijuana was dismissed.

– Shawn Ryan Boles, 34, of 2788 E. Hoague Rd., Free Soil, was found guilty Dec. 14 of non-sufficient funds (NSF) more than $100/ less than $500 and sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $558 in fines, costs and restitution. One count of NSF more than $100/less than $500 and one count of NSF $100 or less were dismissed.

– Donald Edward Kruzel, 61, of 2125 W. Tyson St., Chandler, Arizona, was found guilty Dec. 28 of allowing a person under the influence to operate a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– Renee Ann King, 50, of 412 Hart St., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 28 of assault and battery and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; a $75 fine; and no contact with Fessenden’s AFC Home.

– Devin Jame Aguirre, 21, of 3680 W. Polk Rd., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 28 of disorderly person – jostling and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of assault and battery was dismissed.

– Timothy Allen Houtman, 50, of 3087 E. Warren Rd., Shelby, was found guilty Dec. 28 of operating a motor vehicle without security and sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs.

– Robert Brian Bacon, 55, of 54 W. 4th St., Apt. A, Shelby, was found guilty Dec. 28 of domestic violence and sentenced to 22 days in jail with credit for 22 days served; six months probation; 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $625 in fines and costs.

– Matthew Warren Ross, 29, of 1127 Hapeman St., Lansing, was found guilty Dec. 28 of operating while intoxicated and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; must complete substance abuse counseling; six months probation; may not purchase/possess a firearm; no alcohol/drugs; subject to counseling, testing and searches as required by probation officer; and $1,680 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of failure to display a valid license and one count of second-offense operating while intoxicated were dismissed.
