SHELBY — Troopers from the Hart post of the Michigan State Police arrested a 35-year-old Rothbury man Wednesday, Dec. 23, at 10:58 p.m. at Oceana Drive and Grant Road for fleeing and eluding and operating while intoxicated.

The suspect was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
