Monday, Dec. 7, 2015:

– 6:54 p.m., (Hart Police Department), fraudulent use of a credit card, Johnson St., City of Hart.

Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2015:

– 5:47 p.m., (HPD), two-car rear-end crash, one person treated at the scene for minor injuries, Polk Rd. near 72nd Ave., City of Hart.

Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2015:

– 8 a.m., (Michigan State Police, Hart post) car/deer crash, US-31 and Polk Rd., Hart Township.

– 10:32 a.m., (MSP), a 21-year-old Baldwin man was arrested for intimidation/stalking in the 7000 block of S. Michigan Ave., Rothbury.

– 9:42 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, US-31 and Oceana Dr., Weare Township.

– 10:05 p.m., (MSP), a warrant is being sought in regard to an incident that involved the possession of prescription pills, First St. and Garfield Rd., New Era.
