78th District Court arraignments

HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

– Bruce Leon Everett, 35, of 1236 136th Ave., Holland, was arrested Nov. 2 by the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office for felonies of possession of firearms by a felon and assault with a dangerous weapon and a misdemeanor of reckless use of a firearm. The charges stem from an Oct. 10 incident in Oceana County’s Greenwood Township investigated by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office. Preliminary conference: Nov. 30 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Misdemeanors

– Tyler Steven Douglas, 17, of 9376 N. 88th Ave., Pentwater, was arrested Oct. 23 by the Pentwater Police Department (PPD) for a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Dec. 30 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Jeffery Scott Howe, 33, of 2988 Meinert Rd., Holton, was cited Oct. 17 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Dec. 1 at 2 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Anthony Steven Walsworth, 23, of 2105 W. Tyler Rd., Hart, was cited Oct. 17 by MSP for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: Dec. 1 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Tanner Drew Chopp, 18, of 5189 Blackmer Rd., Ravenna, was cited Oct. 18 by MSP for a misdemeanor of minor in possession of alcohol (MIP). Pretrial: Dec. 4 at 10 a.m. Bond: $1,500/1personal.

– Eric Lee Pokorny, 29, of 6350 N. 104th Ave., Apt. B, Hart, was arrested Nov. 10 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Dec. 1 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– John Joseph Friday, 66, of 6 St. John’s Ct., Naples, Fla., was arrested Nov. 7 by MSP for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Dec. 30 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Eduardo Guerrero, 35, of 96 Ferry St., Apt. 1, Shelby, was cited Nov. 7 by MSP for a misdemeanor of second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Dec. 8 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Tammy Sue Douglas, 43, of 710 Cleveland Rd., Rothbury, was cited Nov. 3 by MSP for a misdemeanor of operating a vehicle without insurance. Pretrial: Dec. 1 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.
