78th District Court sentencings

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Randall Guy Jonseck, 47, of 485 S. 52nd Ave., New Era, was found guilty Oct. 19 of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC). He was sentenced to outpatient treatment; 180 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $1,255 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of refusing the preliminary breath test (PBT) was refused.

– Raul Miramontes, 26, of 2799 E. Filmore Rd. Hart, was found guilty Oct. 19 of domestic violence. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; no contact with the victim; six months probation; not to purchase/possess a firearm; no alcohol/drugs; subject to counseling, testing and searches as required by the probation officer; and $925 in fines and costs.

– Alma Dalia Gutierrez, 45, of 4727 Scout Rd., Hart, was found guilty Oct. 19 of operating while impaired. She was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; $1,040 in fines and costs; and must have substance abuse evaluation and complete any counseling ordered. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– Sean James Nienhouse, 26, of 1244 N. Robinhood Dr., Muskegon, was found guilty Oct. 19 of operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; take name off vehicle title within 30 days or immobilize within 90 days; six months probation; $1,680 in fines and costs; outpatient treatment; not to purchase/possess a firearm; no alcohol/drugs; and subject to counseling, testing and searches as required by the probation officer. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL) with occupant under 16 years of age dismissed.

– Ricky Duane Smith, 61, of 2701 Crystal Lake Rd., Apt. 13, Whitehall, was found guilty Oct. 19 of operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; $1,155 in fines and costs; and Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE). Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Michael Jon Belcher, 32, of 1424 E. Fruitvale Rd., Holton, was found guilty Oct. 19 of operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; outpatient treatment; six months probation; $1,680 in fines and costs; not to purchase/possess a firearm; no alcohol/drugs; and subject to counseling, testing and searches as required by the probation officer. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Roberto Jeronimo, 38, of 5884 N. 88th Ave., Hart, was found guilty Oct. 19 of operating with a high BAC. He was sentenced to 180 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; AHSE; must complete AHSE within 90 days due to immigration hold; and $190 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of transporting open intoxicants was dismissed.
