CLAYBANKS TWP. — A breaking and entering to a medical marijuana growing operation in the 5000 block of 48th Avenue was reported to the Hart post of the Michigan State Police Saturday, Oct. 17, at 6 p.m.

No other information about the break-in was immediately available.

Friday, Oct, 16:

10:40 a.m., a 29-year-old Hart man was arrested on a fugitive warrant through Friend of the Court, 104th Ave. and Monroe Rd., Weare Twp.

7:50 p.m., car-deer crash, Stony Lake Rd. and 60th Ave., Benona Twp.

Saturday, Oct. 17:

2 p.m, breaking and entering, 11000 block of Maple Island Rd., Greenwood Twp.

6:35 p.m., a 23-year-old Hart man was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS), Oceana Dr. and Water Rd., Shelby Twp.

7:10 p.m., a 33-year-old Holton man was arrested for DWLS, US-31 and Winston Rd., Grant Twp.

10:41 p.m., car-deer crash, Oceana Dr. and Wilke Rd., Grant Twp.
