HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Jensen

– Brian M. Jensen, 53, of 8503 Robinhood Dr. Rothbury, was arrested Sept. 30 by Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of fourth-degree fleeing and eluding and a misdemeanor of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary conference: Oct. 26 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Stofko

– Stoten Mackey Stofko, 28, of 5660 Chase St., Merrillville, Ind., was arrested Oct. 14 by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs, Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy and a misdemeanor of possession of schedule 5/LSD. Preliminary conference: Oct. 26 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash. Stofko’s charges stem from an incident June 28 in Grant Township.

High-court misdemeanor

– James Steven Wilson, 38, of 513 Post Rd., White Cloud, was arrested Sept. 23 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a high-court misdemeanor of sex offender – failure to comply with reporting duties. Preliminary conference: Oct. 19 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Misdemeanors

– Jacob Mathew Ustick, 23, of 5030 N. 88th Ave., Hart, was arrested Oct. 3 by the OCSO for a misdemeanor of second-offense operating while impaired. Pretrial: Nov. 17 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Brandon Dean McCann, 24, of 792 E. Tyler Rd., Hart, was cited Sept. 2 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a misdemeanor of reckless driving. Pretrial: Oct. 28 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal recognizance.

– Ashley Nicole Vanover, 26, of 8082 Main St., Whitmore Lake, Mich., was arrested Oct. 3 by MSP for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 28 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Craig Alan Baron, 53, of 8617 W. Arthur Rd., Hesperia, was arrested Sept. 26 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC). Pretrial: Nov. 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Nicolas John Erickson, 37, of 69 S. 56th Ave., Mears, was arrested Sept. 27 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. Pretrial: Oct. 28 at 4 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Joshua Joseph Norman, 17, of 7100 Malta Rd., Twin Lake, was cited Sept. 24 by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for a misdemeanor of use of marijuana. Pretrial: Nov. 10 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Travis Spencer Saunders, 17, of 617 W. Arthur Rd., New Era, was cited Sept. 24 by the DNR for a misdemeanor of use of marijuana. Pretrial: Nov. 10 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– James Michael Riggs, 39, of 5826 W. 8th St., Mears, was cited Sept. 18 by MSP for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 28 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Camillia Jean Harmon, 44, of 3122 W. Tahoe Trail, New Era, was arrested Sept. 21 by HPD for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Oct. 28 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Daniel Louis Mannor, 62, of 1504 N. Oceana Dr., Hart, was arrested Oct. 11 by MSP for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. Pretrial: Oct. 20 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
