Hesperia woman pleads guilty to possessing meth

HART — A 25-year-old Hesperia woman pleaded guilty to a felony of possession of methamphetamine Monday, Oct. 12, in 27th Circuit Court.

Nicole Marie Jackson, of 2929 S. Lakeview Dr., has been incarcerated in jail since July 7 and faces unrelated charges in Muskegon County.

Her plea agreement calls for a five-month cap on the conviction, which is punishable by up to 10 years in prison

Jackson testified Monday that she was in possession of meth, June 4, in a house where she was residing.

Sentencing is set for Nov. 23 at 9 a.m.

She was remanded to jail awating her sentence.
