78th District Court arraignments

HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

– Brandon Lee Dupont, 21, of 420 Dryden St., Hart, was arrested Sept. 24 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of controlled substance possession of heroin and a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Preliminary exam: Oct. 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Kirk Alan Pangburn, 28, of 2360 W. Jackson Rd., Hart, was arrested Sept. 19 by OCSO for a felony of interfering with electronic communications. Pretrial: Oct. 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

High-court misdemeanors

– Richard Allan Windell, 69, of 4059 Colonial Dr., Hart, was arrested Sept. 18 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a high-court misdemeanor of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC). Preliminary conference: Oct. 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Mark Anthony Swenor, 53, of 104 Washington St., Apt. A, Hart, was arrested Sept. 19 by MSP for a high-court misdemeanor of sex offender registration – failure to comply with reporting duties and a misdemeanor of lying to a peace officer. Preliminary conference: Oct. 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Misdemeanors

– Yelitsa Guerrero, 23 of 1900 Oak Ave., New Era, was arrested Sept. 23 by MSP for misdemeanors malicious destruction of a building less than $200; malicious destruction of personal property less than $200; and larceny more than $200/less than $1,000. Pretrial: Oct. 20 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Derik Scott Brady, 27, of 7142 Nelson Ave., Grand Rapids, was cited Sept. 16 by MSP for a misdemeanor of driving without insurance. Pretrial: Oct. 28 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Eliazar Valenzuela-Flores, 21, of 6334 S. 90th Ave., New Era, was cited Sept. 12 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating without insurance. Pretrial: Oct. 20 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Justin Everette Harmon, 22, of 3122 W. Tahoe Trail, New Era, was arrested Sept. 21 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Oct. 28 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Joshua Lamont Moore, 30, of 415 Hart St., Hart, was cited Sept. 15 by HPD for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. Pretrial: Oct. 20 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Melinda Elaine Lopez-Newman, 35, of 1951 E. Fish St., Shelby, was arrested Sept. 18 by HPD for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Nov. 3 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Steven Joseph Boss, 26, of 309 5th St., Apt. 8, Manistee, was cited Sept. 12 by MSP for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Oct. 20 at 4:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Robert Allen King, 24, of 4570 N. 176th Ave., Walkerville, was cited Sept. 11 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of improper plates. Pretrial: Oct. 28 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
