78th District Court arraignments

HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:

Felony

– Freddie Lee Patterson II, 29, of 1923 Ray St., Muskegon, was arrested Sept. 5 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) in the Village of Rothbury for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and second-offense habitual offender. Preliminary conference: Oct. 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash.

Misdemeanors

– Jessica Blessing Lewis, 23, of 1006 4 Mile Rd., NW, Apt. 1B, Grand Rapids, was cited Sept. 4 by MSP for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Oct. 20 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Shea Ann Parks, 22, of 7748 1 Mile Rd., Hesperia, was arrested Sept. 7 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of possession of open intoxicants. Pretrial: Oct. 13 at 2 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Jessica Lynn Jordan, 17, of 8653 W. 32nd St., Fremont, was arrested Sept. 7 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of minor in possession of alcohol MIP. Pretrial: Oct. 20 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Brian Allen Moschke, 31, of 2248 S. 28th Ave., Shelby, was arrested Sept. 7 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating without insurance. Pretrial: Oct. 13 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Dale Henry Peppler, 38, of 3171 Kooi St., Muskegon, was arrested Sept. 5 by OCSO for possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Oct. 20 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Jason Allen Delong, 41, of 2041 Norman Ave., Muskegon, was arrested Sept. 6 by MSP for a misdemeanor of second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 13 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Katrina Renee Stefanich, 35, of 816 Garden Ave., Fremont, was cited Sept. 5 by MSP for a misdemeanor of operating without insurance. Pretrial: Oct. 20 at 345 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Christopher Scott Wilson, 25, of 315 Hayes St., Mecosta, was cited Sept. 5 by MSP for a misdemeanor of operating without insurance. Pretrial: Oct. 20 at 4 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
