Motorcycle stolen in break-in; alleged drunk driver faces possible cocaine charge

SpringsteadVertical_091015SHELBY TWP. — The Hart post of the Michigan State Police is investigating a breaking and entering reported Sunday, Sept. 13, at 12:07 p.m. in the 3000 block of South Scenic Drive involving the theft of a motorcycle.

The Hart Police Department arrested a 28-year-old Hart man Sunday, Sept. 13, at 2 a.m. for operating while intoxicated in the 2700 block of Oceana Drive following a traffic stop. A cocaine charge is pending lab analysis, said Hart Police Chief Dan Leimback.
