78th District Court arraignments

HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:

Obradovich

Felonies
– Eli James Obradovich, 26, of 7030 Hilton Park Rd., Fruitport, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for felonies of operating while intoxicated causing serious injury and driving while license suspended (DWLS) causing serious injury. Preliminary conference: Sept. 21 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent for each count.

Misdemeanors

– Cody Clinton McMann, 25, of 5024 N. Wayne Ave., Pentwater, was arrested Aug. 29 by MSP for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Oct. 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Mary Ester Escamilla, 42, of 5742 N. 126th Ave., Hart, was arrested Aug. 27 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Oct. 6 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety.

– Steffon Jamal Jackson, 26, of 296 Ferry St., Shelby, was arrested Aug. 23 by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for a misdemeanor of disorderly person. Pretrial: Sept. 30 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Andrew Charles Cox, 23, of 3031 W. 72nd St., Baldwin, was arrested Aug. 22 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of trespassing. Pretrial: Sept. 30 at 2 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Kameron Mark Fenstemaker, 26, of 10922 Bishop Hwy., Dimondale, Mich., was cited by the DNR for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 6 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Jay Benton Brown, 33, of 5737 W. Duna Vista Dr., Pentwater, was arrested Aug. 30 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Oct. 13 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Fernando Alonzo Pacheco, 22, of 90 Palo Blanco, Alamo, Texas, was arrested Aug. 30 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Oct. 13 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Christian Glen DeWitt, 17, of 170 S. Menses St., Walkerville, was arrested Aug. 30 by MSP for a misdemeanor of littering – objects in path of vehicle. Pretrial: Oct. 6 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
