Mobile food pantry in Shelby, Sept. 12.

SHELBY — Shelby State Bank and Gales Agency, in conjunction with United Way of the Lakeshore, are sponsoring a food truck for the Oceana County community on Saturday, September 12, from 2:30 p.m. until all the food has been distributed. The mobile food pantry will be at the Shelby State Bank rear parking lot located at 242 N Michigan Avenue.

Shelby State Bank and Gales Agency are partnering with United Way of the Lakeshore to bring the food truck to Shelby. The mobile food pantry will be able to feed 200 families in Oceana County. There is no ID or proof of income required to receive food.
