78th District Court arraignments

HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:

– Shane Willard Stingle, 29, of 2209 Oak Avenue, Muskegon, was arrested Aug. 14 by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a high-court misdemeanor of failure to comply with sex offender reporting duties. Preliminary conference: Sept. 8 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Darrell Boyd Cole, 40, of 6929 E. VanBuren Rd., Walkerville, was arrested Aug. 8 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Preliminary conference: Sept. 8 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Heather Michele Wiersema, 37, of 8625 S. Maple Island Rd., Fremont, was cited Aug. 26 by MSP for for a misdemeanor of dog running at large. Pretrial: Sept. 15 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Arthur Dell Suggs, 34, of 315 Catawba Ave., Muskegon, was arrested Aug. 24 by MSP for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Sept. 15 t 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Timothy Michael Rodriguez, 37, of 896 E. Forest Ave., Muskegon, was arrested Aug. 10 by MSP for a misdemeanor of operating without insurance. Pretrial: Sept. 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Rogelio Lopez, Jr., 20, of 2090 E. Madison Rd., Hart, was cited Aug. 8 by MSP for a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Oct. 6 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
