Michigan Ave., Apt. 104, Shelby, has been charged with three felony counts. He was arrested Tuesday when deputies from Oceana County Sheriff’s Office served him a warrant. His girlfriend was also arrested for her involvement in the incident.
Skateboarder Mitchell Gray Mather, 17, received up to five fractures to his leg when he was struck by a 1997 silver four-door Ford Taurus on West Hayes Road near 72nd Avenue at 10:22 p.m. on July 24.
