Drunk driving arrest among police activity

HART — A 33-year-old De Tour Village, Mich. man was arrested by the Hart Police Department for operating while intoxicated Saturday, Aug. 22, at 2:20 a.m. at State Street and Polk Road.

The Hart post of the Michigan State Police was dispatched to an assault in the 6000 block of 104th Avenue in Grant Township Monday, Aug. 24, at 6:50 p.m. No arrests were made.
