78th District Court Arraignments

HART — The following were arraigned on misdemeanor charges recently in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:

– Randall Guy Jonseck, 47, of 485 S. 52nd Ave., New Era, was arrested July 19 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC). Pretrial: Sept. 30 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Elida Modesta Vaughn-Wilson, 23, of 3791 W. Baker Rd., Shelby, was arrested July 18 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of non-sufficient fund check more than $100/less than $500. Pretrial: Aug. 26 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Donald Edward Slocum, 58, of 4284 1025th Ave., Allegan, was arrested on a two-count misdemeanor warrant July 20 stemming from an investigation by the Pentwater Police Department (PPD) for malicious use of telecommunications services. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash. He was also arrested on a separate warrant for a misdemeanor of stalking, and his bond was set a $2,500/cash. Pretrial: Sept. 1 at 2 p.m.

– Ricky Duane Smith, 60, of 2701 Crystal Lake Rd., Apt. 13, Whitehall, was arrested July 18 by the Rothbury Police Department (RPD) for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Sept. 30 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Antonio Junior Revilla, 54, of 64 S. Michigan Ave., Apt. 106, Shelby, was arrested July 17 by OCSO for misdemeanors of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS); improper plates; and operating without security.

– Jared Theodore Greiner, 31, of 53 1/2 State St., Hart, was arrested July 19 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for misdemeanors of assault and battery and possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Sept. 30 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

– Alma Dalia Gutierrez, 45, of 4727 Scout Rd., Hart, was arrested July 19 by HPD for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Sept. 30 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Daniel Wayne Nichols, 48, of 6577 S. 88th Ave., New Era, was arrested July 19 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of stalking. Pretrial: Sept. 8 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Michael Dae White, 18, of 1876 S. 72nd Ave., Shelby, was arrested July 1 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Sept. 30 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Eric Zelek Hoggs, 39, of 3636 National Park Hwy., Carlsbad, New Mexico, was arrested July 18 for a misdemeanor of second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Sept. 1 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.

– Zulema Yuliana Garcia-Quezada, 29, of 605 Harvey St., Shelby, was cited July 4 by the New Era Police Department for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: Sept. 8 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Abigail Delight Dutton, 27, of 645 Michigan Ave., Apt. 104, Shelby, was cited Aug. 3 by the Shelby Police Department for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: Sept. 8 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Beth Lynn Buell, 27, of 1221 W. Laketon St., Muskegon, was cited by OCSO for misdemeanors of DWLS and operating without insurance. Pretrial: Sept. 8 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Lindsey Kay Burgess, 26, of 1150 E. Clock Rd., Hart, was cited by MSP July 7 for a misdemeanor of operating without insurance. Pretrial: Aug. 26 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Jared Howard Boeve, 17, of 15843 Cherry St., Spring Lake, was arrested July 18 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of minor in possession of alcohol (MIP). Pretrial: Sept. 8 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 precent cash.

– Nicholas Anthony Bush, 18, of 154470 144th Ave. Spring Lake, was cited July 18 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of MIP. Pretrial: Sept. 4 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Nicholas Lawrence Soto, 16690 Northwood Trail, Spring Lake, was cited July 18 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of MIP. Pretrial: Sept. 8 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– John Matthew Jager, 62, of 3130 McKinley Rd., Montague, was cited Aug. 5 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of illegal disposal of solid waste. Pretrial: Sept. 8 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Roman Rodriguez, Jr., 36, of 418 Union St., Hart, was cited Aug. 4 by HPD for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Sept. 8 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Steven Ryan LaBelle, 24, of 9191 W. 16th St., Fremont, was cited Aug. 3 by MSP for a misdemeanor of operating without insurance. Pretrial: Sept. 8 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.
