ORV injury, ID theft

The following is Oceana County activity of the Hart post of the Michigan State Police Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2015:

– 3:43 p.m., a Rothbury woman came to the post to report that she is a victim of identity theft after receiving unauthorized bills in her name.

– 5:19 p.m., a Toronto, Canada woman was transported by Oceana County EMS to Hackley Campus – Mercy Health in Muskegon for lower back pain treatment after “jarring” her back while operating an off-road vehicle (ORV) at the Silver Lake Sand Dunes. No crash occurred, police said.
