78th District Court sentencings and arraignments

Sentencings

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Brian Christopher Ford, 42, of 53 1/2 State St., Hart, was found guilty Aug. 10 of disorderly person – obscene conduct. He was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $460 in fines and costs.

– Dillon Devon Hinkle, 21, of 7545 Zoble Ct., Fair Haven, Mich., was found guilty Aug. 10 of operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; $1,190 in fines and costs; and must complete substance abuse evaluation recommendation. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC) was dismissed.

– Raymond Paul Harford, 41, of 1103 S. Dryden St., Apt. 1, Hart, was found guilty Aug. 10 of domestic violence. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and a $75 fine.

Arraignments

HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:

– Grady Jackson Drown, 26, of 2900 16 Mile Rd., Cedar Springs, was arrested July 12 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for misdemeanors of possession of marijuana and open intoxicants. Pretrial: Sept. 22 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Christopher Mark Bainbridge, 23, of 5555 Ronda Dr., Fremont, was arrested July 12 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Sept. 22 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Alan Wayne Wemple, 34, of 3611 S, Maple Island Rd., Hesperia, was arrested July 16 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of attempted assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Pretrial: Aug. 26 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
