78th District Court arraignments

HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:

– Sean James Nienhouse, 26, of 1244 N. Robinhood Dr., Muskegon, was arrested July 5 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL) with an occupant under 16. Pretrial: Sept. 8 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Taylor Lynn Cox-Scharp, 20, of 22772 18 Mile Rd., Big Rapids, was arrested July 4 by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for a misdemeanor of possession of open intoxicants. Pretrial: Aug. 26 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Kolten Ray Allers, 23, of 6923 E. Baseline Rd., White Cloud, was arrested July 4 by the DNR for a misdemeanor of transporting open intoxicants. Pretrial: Aug. 26 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Kemal Dunuroglu, 36, of 1868 Eloise Dr., Muskegon, was arrested June 23 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Aug. 18 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Shawn Donald Pitre, 21, of 6400 Crystal Lake Rd., Holton, was arrested July 6 by OCSO for misdemeanors of second-offense OUIL and second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Sept. 8 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Ervin Rodolfo Ramos-Perez, 34, of 2390 N. 116th Ave., Hart, was arrested July 12 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Sept. 8 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Dustin Mark Walters, 24, of 300 Eagle Pond Dr., Apt. 115, Walled Lake, Mich., was arrested June 28 by the DNR for a misdemeanor of criminal trespassing. Pretrial: Aug. 26 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Stephen Michael Cook, 24, of 2505 W. Winston Rd., Rothbury, was arrested Aug. 2 by MSP for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 26 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
