UPDATE: Baxter is home!

Baxter 2HART — Baxter, the 7-year-old Pomeranian who got scared due to last night’s storm and ran off from his family’s home in downtown Hart, has been found and is back home.

Baxter was found about an hour after OCP posted a story that he was missing.
