Money, chainsaw, TV, DVDs stolen in break-in

GRANT TWP. — The Hart post of the Michigan State Police is investigating a breaking and entering that was reported Sunday, July 26, at 2:34 p.m. in the 7000 block of Clearwater Court. Money, a chainsaw, a TV and several DVDs stolen, police said.

Friday, July 24, 2015:

– 8:39 a.m., driving while license suspended (DWLS) traffic stop, M-20 and Oceana Dr., Shelby Twp. No other information available.

– 9:34 a.m., a 31-year-old man (town not available) was cited for no operator’s license on person, US-31 and Winston Rd., Grant Twp.

– 2:26 p.m., truck vs. guardrail crash, 192nd Ave. and Younker Rd., Newfield Twp.

– 3:14 p.m., assaultive behavior by a 13-year-old boy, Hightower Lake Rd. near Hightower Lake access, Newfield Twp.

Saturday, July 25, 2015:

– 12:06 a.m., a 20-year-old Grant man was arrested on fugitive warrant, Maple Island Rd. and Skeels Rd., Greenwood Twp.

– 4:15 p.m., neighbor issues, 5000 block of Cherokee Bend, Grant Twp.

– 5:25 p.m., reckless driving, 5000 block of Spencer Rd., Golden Twp.

– 6:45 p.m., larceny of a cell phone, 4000 block of First St., Grant Twp.

– 10:58 p.m., a 22-year-old Hart man was arrested on a fugitive warrant, 400 block of S. Hart St., City of Hart.

Sunday, July 26, 2015:

– 3:53 a.m., a 22-year-old New Era man was cited for no operator’s license on person, Oceana Dr. and Hazel Rd., Hart Twp.

– 4:55 p.m., a 27-year-old Rothbury man was arrested on a fugitive warrant, 7000 block of Clearwater Court, Grant Twp.
