78th District Court arraignments

HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:

Felony

Duchemin

– Mark Anthony Duchemin, 38, of 1544 N. Apple Dr., White Cloud, was arrested June 27 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office for felonies of larceny $1,000-$20,000 and receiving and concealing stolen property $1,000-$20,000. Preliminary conference: July 27 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety. According to his court file, the charges stem from an April 8 incident in Ferry Township in which a quad, camping equipment and tools were stolen from a hunting area.

Misdemeanor

– Daniel James Lorenz, 30, of 874 W. Wilke Rd., Rothbury, was arrested June 28 by the Rothbury Police Department for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
