78th District Court arraignments

HART — The following were recently arraigned in front of the 78th District Court magistrate:

Felony

– Joseph Wayne Lambrix, 35, of 303 E. Tyler Rd., Hart, was arrested June 26 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) or a felony of failure to register as a sex offender. Preliminary conference: July 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Misdemeanors

– Trieanna Lynn Tyler, 31, of 631 Ada Ave., Muskegon, was arrested June 1 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Aug. 4 at 11 a.m. Bail: $5,00/personal.

– Jeffrey Allen Huizenga, 56, of 5911 Hall Rd., Muskegon, was arrested June 5 by MSP for a misdemeanor of unlawful use of license plates. Pretrial: Aug. 4 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Mohamad-Ali Berro, 19, of 6064 Hartwell St., Dearborn, was arrested June 13 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: July 21 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Christopher Paul Replogle, 21, of 266 E. Main St., Walkerville, was arrested June 10 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license not valid. Pretrial: Aug. 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Heather Marie Ramirez, 36, of 724 E. Filer St., Ludington, was arrested June 7 by the Pentwater Police Department (PPD) for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: July 14 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Dale Charles Burpee, 28, of 264 S. Headquarters Rd., Grayling, was arrested June 8 by the New Era Police Department (NEPD) for a misdemeanor of driving while license expired. Pretrial: Aug. 4 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Rebecca Lee Gaucin, 29, of 5677 Oneida Trail, New Era, was arrested June 18 by MSP for misdemeanors of disturbing the peace and false report of a misdemeanor. Pretrial: July 21 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Michael Samuel Fox, 44, of 5098 W. River Rd., Muskegon, was arrested June 10 by NEPD for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: Aug. 4 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Loren Christopher Cunningham, 41, of 2000 W. Shelby Rd., Shelby, was arrested June 12 by OCSO for misdemeanors of operating without a license on person; DWLS; and operating without security. Pretrial: July 21 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

– Shawn Alan Goerbig, 35, of 5511 S. Oceana Dr., New Era, was arrested June 23 by MSP for a misdemeanor of second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: July 14 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Jesica Marie Albiter, 31, of 2446 Whitetail Dr., Rothbury, was arrested June 7 by MSP for misdemeanors of operating without security and unlawful use of a license plate. Pretrial: July 14 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Romualdo Magana Alvarez, 63, of 8188 7 Mile Rd., Walkerville, was arrested June 1 by MSP for misdemeanors of operating without security and unlawful use of a license plate. Pretrial: July 21 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Michael Gordon Keck, 24, of 5920 N. 39th St., Augusta, Mich., was arrested June 27 by MSP for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: July 21 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Sandra Kay Shaffer, 42, of 5417 E. Deer Rd., Walkerville, was arrested June 1 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating without security. Pretrial: July 14 at 9:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Michael Ty Uptmor, 29, of 3827 White River Dr., Hesperia, was arrested June 3 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating without security. Pretrial: July 14 at 4:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.
