27th Circuit Court sentencings

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

– Theodore John Jaskowski, Jr., 36, of 4705 W. Nicholson Hill Rd., Ossineke, Mich., was found guilty June 23 of larceny $100-$1,000. He was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 66 days served; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion with 120 days forthwith; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of accessory after the fact was dismissed.

– Richard Wilson, 40, of 621 S. Oak St., White Cloud, was pleaded no contest May 11 to

larceny $1,000-$2,000. He was sentenced June 22 to 90 days in jail with credit for one day served; balance to be served at the court’s discretion with 30 days forthwith; one year probation; and $400 in fines and costs.

Lockwood

– Kittey Sue Lockwood, 44, of 112 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby, pleaded no contest to identity theft April 27. She was sentenced June 22 to six months in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion with 30 days forthwith; and $672.44 in fines, costs and restitution.

– Maribel Coronel, 32, of 5582 S. Oceana Dr., New Era, was found guilty May 5 of food

stamp fraud. She was sentenced June 22 to nine months in jail with credit for one day served; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion with one weekend forthwith; two years probation; $13,000 restitution; and $198 in fines and costs.

– Angela Vega, 39, of 68 Chapita Hills Rd., Shelby, was found guilty March 16 of food stamp fraud. She was sentenced June 22 to 90 days in jail with credit for one day served; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; two years probation; and $198 in fines and costs.

– Megan Sue Bunting, 26, of 6653 McDonald, Twin Lake, was found  guilty April 13 of

possession of meth. She was sentenced June 24 to one year in jail with credit for 14 days served; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion with 30 days forthwith; sentence runs concurrent to Muskegon County Circuit Court sentence; $198 in fines and costs; and driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days.

Grabinski

– James Darin Grabinski, 38, of 4867 W. Adams Rd., Pentwater, was found guilty April 27 of third-degree fleeing/resisting/obstructing police. He was sentenced June 22 to 18 months to five years in a Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) prison with credit for 64 days served in jail; and $198 in fines and costs. One count of carrying a concealed weapon was dismissed. In a separate file, Grabinski pleaded no contest April 27 to two counts of assault with a weapon. He was sentenced to two concurrent prison terms of 18 months to four years with credit for 64 days served in jail, along with $266 in fines and costs. One count of assault with intent to harm less than murder was dismissed. Both sentences are concurrent. Related story here
