HART – The following were sentenced Monday, May 18, in 78th District Court:
– Troy Morden Lutzke, 45, of 5589 N. Maple Island Rd., Walkerville, was found guilty May 18 of operating while intoxicated and driving while license suspended (DWLS). He was sentenced to nine days in jail; 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; $1,680 in fines and costs; six months probation; may not purchase/possess a firearm, subject to counseling, searches, and testing as required by the probation officer; and must successfully complete outpatient treatment. Convictions reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of second-offense operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
– Scott Allen Robeck, 24, of 3777 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty May 18 of operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for 93 days served; 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; and $315 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Counts of second-offense operating while intoxicated, DWLS and transporting open intoxicants were dismissed.
– Brennan Robert Sohasky, 20, of 4970 Nestrom Rd., Whitehall, was found guilty May 18 of person under 21 with a BAC of .02-.07. He was sentenced to $465 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL) underage BAC .02-.07 was dismissed.
– Larhonda Renee Tucker, 41, of 1135 Holt St., Muskegon, was found guilty May 18 of operating while impaired. She was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; outpatient treatment; and $1,040 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
