78th District Court arraignments

HART – The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court magistrate:

– Derek Scott Lanore, 22, of 1420 Yarmouth Ave., Muskegon, was arrested April 25 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: May 16 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Samuel Benjamin Mitteer, 25, of 3101 S. 72nd Ave., Shelby, was arrested April 30 by MSP for misdemeanors of DWLS and operating without security. Pretrial: May 26 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Arnulfo Trevino, Jr., 35, of 515 Courtland St., Hart, was arrested May 1 by the Hart Police Department for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: May 26 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Cody Ashton-James Saunders, 22, of 617 W. Arthur Rd., Rothbury, was arrested May 7 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: May 26 at 4 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Eric James Nichols, 20, of 11623 Harris Rd., Montague, was arrested May 2 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of minor in possession alcohol (MIP). Pretrial: May 26 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Halie Lynn Wabsis, 19, 8591 Meade St., Montague, was arrested May 2 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of MIP. Pretrial: May 26 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
