78th District Court arraignments

– Lorie Lee Day, 50, of 7530 S. 88^th, Rothbury, was arrested March 22 by the Rothbury Police Department for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: April 21 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Alan Jay Anderson, 24, of 1812 Tray Ln., Apt. 158, Kalamazoo, was arrested April 4 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: April 21 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Jonathan Arvid Motyka, 42, of 72 E. Sheldon Blvd., Apt. 608, Grand Rapids, was arrested April 3 by MSP for misdemeanors of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. Pretrial: May 12 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Jason Roy Host, 35, of 7353 S. 88^th, Rothbury, was arrested March 29 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for misdemeanors of operating without insurance and operating with no license. Pretrial: April 21 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Kyle Thomas Jackson, 24, of 14321 N, Center Rd., Clio, was arrested April 8 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. Pretrial: May 12 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Royal John Green, 41, of 49 Lake St., Pentwater, was arrested March 28 by the Department of Natural Resources for a misdemeanor of using/possessing untagged traps/tag requirements. Pretrial: April 12 at 1:145 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
