HART  — After witnesses observed a man assaulting a woman who was driving a vehicle on Polk Road near Comfort Drive, police arrested a 34-year-old Muskegon man for domestic violence Sunday, April 12, at 8:50 a.m., Hart Police Chief Dan Leimback said.
