78th District Court sentencings

HART – The following were sentenced Monday, March 30, in 78th District Court:

– Kevin Scott Eastman, 52, of 8501 Sheridan St., Montague, was found guilty March 30 of operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– James Jeffery Collier, 47, of 1931 N. Shore Dr., Mears, was found guilty March 30 of operating while impaired. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; $1,055 in fines and costs; six months probation; not to purchase or possess a firearm; no alcohol/drugs; and is subject to counseling, testing and searches as required by the probation officer. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– Eryne Wayne Clark, Jr., 48, of 2214 W. Giles Rd., Muskegon, was found guilty March 30 of operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; outpatient treatment; $1,680 in fines and costs; six months probation; may not purchase or possess a firearm; no alcohol/drugs; and is subject to counseling, testing and searches by the probation officer. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of second-offense operating while impaired was dismissed.

– Corey Lee Witte, 23, of 270 Hawley St., Hesperia, was found guilty March 30 of driving while license suspended (DWLS). He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $200 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of second-offense DWLS was dismissed.

– Lynne Kay Hoffman, 53, of 2741 N. 64th, Hart, was found guilty March 30 of allowing a person to drive in violation. She was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of operating without security was dismissed.

– Alicia Ann Pavlin, 24, of 2026 E. Kent Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty March 30 of allowing a person to drive in violation. She was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of operating without security was dismissed.

– Roger Mark Linstrom, 51, of 1257 E. Wilke Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty March 30 of operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; outpatient treatment; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
