HART — A 13-year-old child suffered minor injuries Thursday, March 26, at 9:45 p.m. in the area of Lincoln and Dryden streets after a neighbor’s dog got through a fence and bit the child’s arm, stated Hart Police Chief Dan Leimback.

The dog is a 3-year-old lab/boxer mix, the chief said, and the case has been turned over to Oceana County Animal Control.
