HART – The following were arraigned week in front of the 78th District Court magistrate:
Felony
– Nicholas John Erickson, 36, of 69 S. 56th, Mears, was arrested March 14 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI) and misdemeanors of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) and transporting open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. Preliminary conference: April 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
Misdemeanors
– Fred Austin Tanner, 27, of 69 S. 56th Ave, Mears, was arrested March 14 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle – passenger. Pretrial: April 1 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
– James William Smith, 40, of 7076 S. Surf Court, Rothbury, was arrested March 17 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for misdemeanors of no operator’s license on person and operating without security/no insurance. Pretrial: April 1 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.
– Andrew Kenneth Rumsey, 28, of 3014 S. 192nd, Hesperia, was arrested March 14 by OCSO for misdemeanors of OWI and transporting open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. Pretrial: April 21 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
– Dustin Michael Hetland, 29, of 277 E. M-20 Hwy., Shelby, was arrested March 6 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pretrial: April 21 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
– Roman Gonzalez, Jr., 29, of 511 S. Union St., Hart, was arrested March 14 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for misdemeanors of OWI and operating without security/no insurance. Pretrial: April 21 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
– Darin Colt Cunningham, 32, of 5703 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia, was arrested March 15 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: April 1 at 2 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
