LASSI spring dance April 18

Daisy, who is currently in foster care, is one of many adorable pets available for adoption.

SHELBY — Shake your tail feather on the dance floor while helping stray pets find homes during the Local Animal Shelter Support, Inc. (LASSI) spring dance. The dance is set for Saturday, April 18, from 7–11:30 p.m. at the Shelby Optimist Club, at 788 Industrial Park Dr.

Doors open at 7 p.m., and music by Skeleton Crew starts at 7:30 p.m. Appetizers, mixers and ice will be provided. Bring your own beverages. There will be 50/50 raffles and a silent auction

Tickets for $20 per person may be purchased at the door. Proceeds from the event go to LASSI.
