– 9 p.m., (Hart Police Department), a 38-year-old Hart man was arrested for domestic assault, Courtland St.

Saturday, March 21, 2015:

– 8 a.m.,  (Michigan State Police-Hart post), domestic assault, 300 block of Pine St., Shelby Twp., case is under investigation.

– 10:45 a.m., (MSP-H), a 17-year-old Montague man was cited for minor in possession of tobacco, US-31 and Shelby Rd., Shelby Twp.

– 1:40 p.m., (MSP-H) a 24-year-old West Olive man was arrested on a fugitive warrant and for driving while license suspended (DWLS), US-31 and Oceana Dr., Pentwater Twp.

– 3:30 p.m., (MSP-H) breaking and entering of a shed, 5000 block of E. Loop Rd., an auger was taken.
