PENTWATER — Rand Gee, Pentwater Service Club program chair, has lined up some interesting speakers for April.
– April 2, monthly business meeting, at the Pentwater Friendship Center.
April 9-30 meetings will take place at Pentwater Public School.
– April 9, Roger Safford of the Michigan Department of Transportation, will discuss Proposal 1 to fund road repairs, which will be on the May 5 ballot.
– April 16, Oceana County 27th Circuit Court Judge Anthony Monton talk about social issues impacting the court system.
– April 23, Dennis Grossenbacher of Pentwater, who owns Fun-N-Sun RV in Ludington, will present information regarding what is new in the recreational vehicle industry.
– April 30, Erin McDonough, president and CEO of the Michigan Oil and Gas Association, will give an overview of the state’s industry.
Between September and June, members meet every Thursday at 11:15 a.m. at Pentwater Public School, with lunch following at 12:15 p.m. The club has added a number of new members in recent months and welcomes more. For more info, visit Service Club.org.
