78th District Court arraignments

HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court magistrate:

– Joseph Allen Gum, 27, of 511 Beard Rd., Pentwater, was arrested March 4 by OCSO for misdemeanors of unlawful use of a license plate and operating a vehicle without security. Pretrial: March 17 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Alicia Ann Pavlin, 24, of 2026 E. Kent Rd., Rothbury, was arrested Feb. 27 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle without security. Pretrial: March 17 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Robert Theodore Krysch, 32, of 1887 Fair Ave., Muskegon, was arrested Feb. 21 for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: March 24 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Eric Charles Golembiewski, 32, of 310 W. 4^th, Scottville, was arrested Feb. 28 by the DNR for a misdemeanor of DWLS on snowmobile. Pretrial: March 24 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Lynn Kay Hoffman, 53, of 2741 N. 64^th, Hart, was arrested Feb. 22 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for misdemeanors of operating without security and unlawful use of a license plate. Pretrial: March 17 at 10:45 a.m. Bail info not available.

– Benjamin August Miller, 45, of 804 E. Filer St., Ludington, was arrested March 11 by HPD for a misdemeanor of failure to stop at a property damage accident. Pretrial: March 24 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal

– Stephen Michael Bohunicky, 31, of 744 W. Filmore, Hart, was arrested Feb. 28 by the Rothbury Police Department for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: April 7 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
