78th District Court Arraignments

HART – The following were arraigned Wednesday, March 4, in front of the 78^th District Court Magistrate:

Felony

– Robert Leo Zack II, 55, of 4386 N. 188^th, Walkerville, was arrested Feb. 16 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of resisting/obstructing/opposing a police officer. Preliminary conference: March 16 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Misdemeanors

– Gordon Leon Davis, 42, of 122 S. Kennsington, Muskegon, was arrested Feb. 16 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle without security. Pretrial: March 10 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Amanda Lynn Steffes, 24, of 4869 Wayne Rd., Pentwater, was arrested Feb. 17 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. Pretrial: March 17 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Roger Mark Linstrom, 51, of 1257 E. Wilke Rd., Rothbury, was arrested Feb. 21 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: March 24 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Rebecca Sue Zack, 59, of 4300 N. 188^th, Walkerville, was arrested Feb. 16 by MSP for a misdemeanor of breaking and entering – illegal entry. Pretrial: March 17 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Tyler David Amstutz, 19, of 510 E. Main St., Hart, was arrested Feb. 15 by the Hart Police Department for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: March 10 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
