MSP: 3 weekend arrests

HART — The following is recent Michigan State Police activity in Oceana County:

Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015:

– 1:40 p.m., A 23-year-old Hesperia man was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on an operating while intoxicated charge in the 200 block of W. Hawley St. in Hesperia.

– 6:45 p.m., domestic assault, 1600 block of S. 44th Ave., Benona Twp., no arrests/case is open.

– 9 p.m., a 30-year-old Muskegon man was arrested for failure to appear for a civil traffic infraction, Oceana Dr. and Arthur Rd., Grant Twp.

– 9:40 p.m., one-car property damage accident, US-31 near mile marker 137, Grant Twp.

– 11:43 p.m., a 30-year-old Hart woman was arrested on a warrant for retail fraud, 120th Ave. and Lever Rd., Elbridge Twp.

Sunday, Jan. 18, 2015:

– 7:15 p.m., car-deer crash, Maple Island Rd. and Skeels Rd., Greenwood Twp.
