78th District Court arraignments

HART – The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78^th District Court magistrate:

–  Eryne Wayne Clark, Jr., 48, of 2214 W. Giles Rd., Muskegon, was arrested Jan. 1 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated, second offense. A pretrial is set for Feb. 10 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Shannon Lyn Pulsipher, 38, of 19 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was arrested Dec. 31 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of allowing drug/alcohol consumption on premises. A pretrial is set for Jan. 20 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.

–      Jose Luis Mendoza-Brito, 20, of 80 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was arrested Jan. 1 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle without insurance. A pretrial is set for Jan. 20 at 11:20 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

–      Robert Floyd Razczok, 64, of 944 N. Ripple Creek Rd., Hesperia, was arrested Dec. 29 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS), second offense. A pretrial is set for Jan. 28 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Melvin William Zacharias, 56, of 7687 8 Mile Rd., Hesperia, was arrested Jan. 1 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of OUIL, second offense. A pretrial is set for Feb. 10 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Juan Jose Guereca-Diaz, 40, of 480 Fowler St., Shelby, was arrested Dec. 30 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS, second offense. A pretrial is set for Jan. 20 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Jessica Marie Escamilla, 25, of 7761 E. Deer Rd., Mears, was arrested Dec. 23 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS, second offense. A pretrial is set for Jan. 20 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Gloria Ann Corgey, 36, of 8813 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia, was arrested Dec. 26 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Feb. 10 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

–      Andrew Wade Hill, 26, of 2940 W. Skeels Rd., Montague, was arrested Dec. 24 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS, second offense. A pretrial is set for Jan. 20 at 2 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Kyle Josepher Blohm, 22, of 5719 S. 64^th Ave., New Era, was arrested Dec. 28 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of operating without a license on person. A pretrial is set for Jan. 20 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

–      Robert Lee Johnson, 44, of 933 N. 166^th Ave., Hart, was arrested Dec. 24 by MSP for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Jan. 20 at 4 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      James Jeffery Collier, 47, of 1931 N. Shore Dr., Mears, was arrested Dec. 27 by MSP for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Feb. 10 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
