High school break-in suspects arrested

HART — Two Hart teens charged with the Dec. 26 break-in of Hart High School were arrested on felony charges Wednesday evening, Jan. 14, and a third juvenile suspect is facing charges in probate court.

Juan Sanchez, 18, and Korbin Garcia, 19, are each charged with breaking and entering a building with intent, a 10-year felony; and malicious destruction of property over $1,000/less than $20,000, a five-year felony, according the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office. The juvenile is facing the same charges.

“On Jan. 14, 2015, the Oceana County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office issued warrants charging the suspects who are believed to be responsible for the breaking and entering of Hart High School on Dec. 26, 2014,” states an OCSO press release.
