78th District Court sentencings

HART – The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

–      Bryan Lawrence Rhanor, 44, of 6103 Dryden St., Apt. D, Hart, was found guilty Dec. 15 of breaking and entering – illegal entry. He was sentenced to 28 days in jail with credit for 28 days served; $150 in fines and costs; and 90 days discretionary jail.

–      Roberto Rosas, 42, of 3162 W. Monroe Rd., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 15 of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL), second offense. He was sentenced to $1,405 in fines and costs; one year discretionary jail; name to be taken off vehicle’s title used in the offense within 30 days or immobilized within 90 days; six months probation; not to purchase/possess a firearm; no alcohol/drugs; and subject to counseling/testing/searches. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

–      Nicholas Eugene Wynne, 30, of 9425 Oakland Dr., Montague, was found guilty Jan. 12 of larceny less than $200 and sentenced to $400 in fines and costs; 93 days discretionary jail; and community service to run concurrent with Muskegon County sentence.

–      Russell Jay Ricketson, 34, of 2316 Hoyt St., Muskegon, was found guilty Jan. 12 of disorderly conduct and sentenced to $400 in fines and costs and 90 days discretionary jail. One count of consuming liquor on a public highway was dismissed.
