HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court by Judge Anthony A. Monton:

– Javier Jesus Flores, 43, of 4280 W. 112th St., Grant, was found guilty Nov. 24 of operating under the influence of liquor, third offense. He was sentenced Jan. 5 to one year in jail with credit for 14 days served; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; serve six months forthwith; two years probation; $750 in fines and costs; no alcohol/drugs; and must submit to testing.

Garcia

– SanJuanita Garcia, 44, of 500 Fowler St., Shelby, was found guilty Nov. 26 of welfare fraud – failure to inform $500. She was sentenced Jan. 5 to 30 days in jail with credit for one day served; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; no jail time forthwith; one year probation; $4,661.61 in restitution; $198 in fines and costs; no alcohol/drugs; and must submit to testing.
