MSP investigating sex crime

GOLDEN TWP. — The Hart post of the Michigan State Police is investigating an incident involving criminal sexual conduct that was reported Tuesday, Dec. 23, at 11 a.m.

No other information was immediately available.

Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014:

– 4 p.m., a 38-year-old Muskegon man lodged in the Lake County Jail was arrested on a fugitive warrant issued in Oceana County‘s 78th District Court for failure to appear on a larceny from a building charge. He was transported to the Oceana County Jail.

Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2014

– 3:40 a.m., assist Oceana County Sheriff’s Office with a fugitive arrest, 200 block of W. Michigan St., Walkerville. A 24-year-old Walkerville woman was arrested for failure to appear on an original charge of non-sufficient fund check, and a 34-year-old Walkerville man was arrested for non-sufficient fund check.

– 11:55 p.m., a 44-year-old Hart man was arrested for domestic violence in the 900 block of N. 116th Ave., Elbridge Twp.
